A graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management, Blake was a 1992 draft pick of the New York Jets which launched a prolific 14-year career in the NFL. The Daytona Beach, Florida, native, who was also a finalist in the 1991 Heisman Trophy voting, enjoyed his best seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals, including a spot in the 1995 Pro Bowl where he recorded the longest touchdown pass in the game’s history.

After stops in New Orleans, Baltimore, Arizona, Philadelphia, and Chicago, Blake’s football career came to a close with more than 20,000 yards passing, 150 touchdown passes, over 2,000 yards rushing, and 14 rushing touchdowns.

Despite hanging up his cleats, Blake is using the same philosophy that garnered him success on the field to the construction business.

“I want to be get across to people that I am trustworthy which makes them confident that you will be reliable,” said Blake. “I want to get across to people that I am here to build, develop, and maintain our relationship.”

Having seen THD Partners reach new heights in recent years, Blake is eager to lead the next wave of progression.

Randy Henderson

Commercial Construction Manager

Randy came to THD after a successful 35 year background in construction and factory engineering, design, project/program management, domestic and international business startups, business and finance and executive leadership roles as well as total quality improvement six sigma black belt and statistical analytical process improvement trainer.

Randy’s early career was in industrial and commercial construction in roles of electrician, electrical foreman and superintendent, master welder and in controls/instrumentation. Later Randy continued his career as manager/director of instrument and controls for a leading machine tool manufacturer and thereafter took on the role as Sr. Manager robotics and factory automation for a custom design/build factory automation contractor.

It was from this step in his career that Randy began with Allied Signal/Delphi as Engineering Specialist for its first international factory in France. Randy spent the next 12 years living and working abroad in France, Mexico, India, Thailand and South Africa. During that time Randy was responsible for greenfield startups and overall business management for projects in France, Mexico, Brazil, India, Thailand, Australia, China and South Africa.

Randy held progressively more responsible roles with Allied Signal/Delphi as Engineering Specialist, International Startup Manager, International Director Operations, In Country President, Managing Director of two joint ventures and board member of 3 international entities. After 12 years Randy returned to US headquarters as VP International Ventures and oversaw business case development for several new international and domestic ventures.

Following his time with Allied Signal/Delphi Randy began a new chapter in wireless telecommunications infrastructure and held senior management and executive roles for various infrastructure buildouts in the Southeast, Northwest, Alaska and the Southwest regions completing network builds for AT&T, Verizon, Nextel, Sprint, TMobile and Clearwire.
